Drinking pure water is really good for you. Lots of it. All the time. The benefits to your body far outweigh anything those phony remedies promise they can do. But pure water doesn’t mean just plain old tap water. If the quality of the main ingredient of your health regime is substandard it pretty much contradicts the benefits of the other nutritional stuff you’re consuming. What’s the point of eating that bag of expensive kale chips if you’re washing it down with suspicious, yucky-tasting tap water?
